ProsPac Holdings Group together with the Kamehameha Schools, the largest local landholder in Hawaii, recently signed a land option agreement to develop Kali'u, a large-scale complex project in Honolulu. The project covers an area of 105,223 square feet, with a development area of about 480000 square feet. Kali'u has a total height of 40 floors, including about 340 high-end residential apartments and more than 40000 square feet of supporting retail. Our Group expects to invest more than US $400 million to develop the project.

The project is currently in the preliminary design and approval stage. It is expected to start sales in the second half of 2023, start construction in the second half of 2024, and be completed in 2026. The project is located in a superior location with convenient transportation. It is only 5 minutes' drive from the world's largest outdoor shopping center, Ala Moana Mall. There is also a community business center Salt at Our Kaka'ako with nearly 50 businesses nearby.
